Why Not Female Prophets?

Question:
Dear sir, My question is that why women were not being prophets in Islam? I would like you to answer in logical way that a none-Muslim,don't accept Quran and hadith but believe Indian mind only, can be convinced.

Answer:
Please note, whatever I say about this will be my educated guess, simply because God Himself has not given us the reason.

The prophets mentioned in the Qur’an were all in or middle the middle east area. In these areas traditionally men were more acceptable as leaders compared to women. It is God’s tradition to send a person as the prophet that could be acceptable by people at the time. It was not appropriate to send a female prophet to a male dominating society.

As for the other areas of the earth, since God has not narrated their stories for us, therefore we are not sure whether they had any prophets at all and if they had, whether they were female prophets among them. By the above logic, if they had a prophet and if there were female prophets among them, then that was because it was totally acceptable in those societies to have a female leader.
